Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any in accordance with our return & refund policy.
www.buysmt.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer / vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.buysmt.lk .
Return & Refunds
www.buysmt.lk practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items. However we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.
Modification
www.buysmt.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on www.buysmt.lk . You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of www.buysmt.lk shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Applicable law
www.buysmt.lk is operated under the laws and regulations of
Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka will have the jurisdiction over any dispute
or claim relating to the use of www.buysmt.lk
